	how do you do the mission for roxanna hardplace? the one where you have to change peoples style???

Well you should use a better Subject, but I will try to answer your question anyway. To do the Roxanna Hardplace mission: You need to get String Bean at Kicktail Park to be in your Crew and then invite him over to the Foundry and then switch to String and have him go to the clothing place and buy a shirt. You do the same for Loop De Loop at Neon East get him in Crew and so on.
