I was in blankwood towers and i was just about to go to diamond heights,so i went in the wardrobe you get free when you unlock blankwood towers to change to my diamond heights clothes,and the only clothes that showed up where these weird looking clothes that you'd see in neon east (but theyre not)

They are Roxanes clothes from the urbz ds version!

This is a special reward you earn when you access Blankwood Towers. The clothes are from a character named Roxanne and that's a character from the Handheld version of The Urbz. The clothes are neutral to all places.

But they Are A Little Odd, I choise only to wear them when you have a party at your house because no one like any of the clothes you wear unless it is from their district but you can't wear everyones clothes right? So Roxanne's clothes are neutral as Lotuseater has mentioned. Hope I helped..
