I've completed Warrior Within (quality btw) but is there a way i can watch the alternate ending without replaying the whole game and making sure I get all the life upgrades? I have a save game just before I enter the timer room (just before fighting the empress.)

Maybe a cheat or something to give me all the life upgrades?

What exactly do you want to do? Do you want to play the whole ending (only the last person you fight changes) or do you just want to see the final cinematic? If you just want the final movie, you can actually open up the .bik file in the game directory. I think its located in the Artwork/Video folder.
