Who would make a good Prince in a movie of POP? |
|
Can you imagine Bruce Lee alive at his prime today starring in a live action POP movie???
While he wasn't known for his sword work, I'm sure he would have adapted and he would have rocked on the fight moves... Although Bruce may hae been a little too Oriental... His son Brandon would have also made a great Prince. Or who knows?... Perhaps there is a fine Punjabi actor out there with all the right moves and the right build. If they can make Tomb Radier into a franchise, I think POP would be a great movie... the Sands of Time story alone is excellent and TWW is a fine sequel... Just daydreaming, but when you saw what they did on Pirates of the Caribbean, can you imagine seeing the Sand Zombies getting daggered??? Lxxx

Leonardo Di Capiro could make a good prince as he looks most closer to the one of sands of time.
Since Farah was Indian, she can be any good Indian actress for authenticity, lets try them. Vizier can be any noob with evil looks and grim voice. No Kaileena as of now in our movie.

Dont forget the movie Alexander. Alexander the Great was Persian. I think that if Colin Farrel could get the moves down, he would make an awsome Prince.

quote PontifexColin Farrel as the Prince Colin was great in Phone Booth, but I don't think anyone could pull off POP. Mind you, it would make a good film, especially Sands of Time. ------------------- ![]()

How is it an insult, I think Farrel is a good actor, the only problem is, I cant see him doing the Princes moves... Who do you think would be best fit then?

Farrel is a good actor, he just wouldnt suit the character thats all.
Probably someone like Takeshi Kaneshiro (Returner, House of Flying Daggers) would suit it more. ------------------- ![]()

re: Who would make a good Prince in a movie of POP? |
quote PontifexYes, he's asian, but then again Colin Farrel is Irish. Nar, in all seriousness, I judged that as Takeshi could easily pull off alot of the stunts and has the kind of persona needed. Besides, they are actors after all. ------------------- ![]()
