where do i go after i get to the central platform. the ladders up.help please step by step

Okay... step by step. You get to the Central Platform, fight some spike beasts. Climb up onto the shortest rail, and jump across onto a beam sticking out of the wall building. Stay on the outside of this building. Below you is another beam, so work your way around and down to this lower beam, then jump back onto the Central Platform. On this level you can take a ladder down to the bottom, and from there you walk a beam and jump through a spinning fan to get out of the room and onto the next save fountain.
