Once you get into the ship how do you destroy the towers. I was loving the game until this point.

i had difficulty here too... but then found out that if you either hold down the space bar or hold down the mouse button, it shoots faster than you can press it. then you just aim anywhere on the towers until it blows up... enjoy!
