Yup it is true the n64 has more bits than a ps1 you know why?The Ps1 came out before the N64 and they had 32 bits on it then 2 years later N64 was working on their system for awhile and made the N64 64 bits,Compare your Ps1 with the N64,first turn on your Ps1 play Tomb Raider,Syphon Filter,Syphon Filter 2.Do you see their body and face?They are square bodies.Now turn on N64,play the legend of zelda ocarina of time,the legend of zelda majoras mask,Banjo Tooie,Banjo Kazooie.Do you see that it is hard to tell they have a square body?Its because they dont!That proves that n64 has more bits than the ps1 and IF you see a n64 game like football and it has square bodies you wanna know why it is like that on the n64?its because if the game was on the Ps1 first they convert it to the n64 like the legend of zelda collectors edition they put all the zelda games on your gamecube like converting.That proves it!!! Its called the Nintendo 64 for a reason.

But sadly the N64 did not use discs, unlike the PS1. So the PS1 won the compatition.

And no I am not a Playstation fanboy. I like Nintendo more (retro nintendo, not modern day nintendo)

yeah i know and i think the cartridge is better because it wont break easily like a ps1 disk because back then the ps1 disk were easily broken and ME TOO i dont like modern day nintendo i get old nintendo games they are fun but i want a Wii because i want to play online for sometime

This may sound odd coming from the moderator around here, but your argument is pretty flawed. Specs do not define a good console. They help, but it's the game selection that determines that. Besides, you're judging on looks? I don't play games just to look at them.

A lot of people prefer the selection on Nintendo's console, since it had such exclusives like Mario, Zelda and that revered GoldenEye. On the other hand, many more people prefer the PSX collection with its vaster set of exclusives, like Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid and Tekken.

I'd rather not fuss over console superiority anyway. Someone who doesn't have an interest in the Ninty exclusives aren't going to be particularly swayed anyway.

Yeah but about Xbox i think they are copiers because before Microsoft made Xbox I believe they said "What do Sony have more than us"?Then they made a Xbox and TOOK all the good games for n64 like Perfect Dark,Banjo Kazooie and other great games and ruined them and that is why they did not win the competition against Ps2 but for me i dont care about graphics i just made this topic to tell you which system has better bits because i heard tons of people say ps1 and n64 have the same bits which is not true
