	Hi. In an effort to restore my original settings/save files in the game, I deleted my entire 'Maxis' program file, and tried to uninstall/reinstall the program. It refuses to do this, and System Restore isn't working either.

	(The deluxe edition PC) The phone rang and my sim went to answer it then live mode froze. The time doesn't move but I can still hear sounds and my sims don't move. How can I unfreeze this? I tried exiting then going back but they're still frozen.
