Ya know the after you pass those plant things that grab you and you're in that big room with all those mushroom caps, where do you go? I have been stuck here forever. Please help.

From the biggest mushroom, glide to the smaller mushrooms. At the end, after the jump from the last mushroom, use the Bat Grapple.
