How do you get the cops behind your tail?

The reason they go on your tail in the real life when you speed,yeah they cost me races too and I can't even make the cop on the bike fall off.

well best way is too weave in and out of traffic at the same time as you are paying attention to your race....most likely they will end up hitting a car...or if you got roar...its always works for me

i think the cops are damn annoying if u make them crash or somit they catch up to you straight away its weird but they can be fun to blow away and stuff

yea i was rammed into a wall by the cop and we went forever and then he cuaght up to me and tried to ram me into a wall again...but this time i hit the nitrous and he caught up like nothing...that really pissed me off

but like i said do what i do..use the roar....lol but then again what if your using a car that dont use roar....hmmm...i guess just use the power ups as your weapon...lol

The cops just piss me off. Many races have been lost becasue of them, Like once a cop car rammed me head on into a wall, costing me the race. And another time it rammed me into traffic, costing the race again. Once they get a taste of my Roar they wont wanna come near me again

if i try to crash them into cars its like they have agro they just plow through and the cop on the bike jumps right back on the bike after falling of at 120 mph? WTF? 120 mph and he gets right back up? must be one tough SOB

When the try drive you off the road, you have ot chance of driving them off the road! Its like there so strong they cant get knocked around. Its annoying, coz i tryed to puch a cop car out of the way, but it just knocked me into a wall. The cops are so annoying

I agree with everyone, the cops are really annoying and the game makes them unrealistic, I really hate it when a cop is following you and you use your boost to escape but the cop has some kind of boost too? Its really wierd and really annoying, but then again the cops do add a sense of realism into the game when they aren't being annoying there isn't anythin better than winning a race with the cops hot on your tail, thats what its all about I think.

aww common dude i thought we covered the (unrealistic) part before...its an arcade game not a racing sim...GT4 i recommend to you for realism....but anyways...yea those cops are a bitch...but hey...just think they still are a must have in this game...as much of a pest they are and keep making you lose...there still fun...

i find the best way to escape cops, is wait til they are right behind you, turn to the right (or left, if you prefer) brake, then as the cop drives in front of you, turn left and go past him, works everytime, except when it doesnt
