Joe: Right. Now we need to find more people.
Raulant: We should leave Shawn and Ferrari till last.
Joe: Why?
Raulant: I just think that's best.

"It works perfectly." Raulant exclaimed.

"Now, since both of you are healed now, I want you to help me out and round up all the pairs that swapped bodies. Be quick as it's nearing midnight already."

Ferrari was swimming around and then was challenged to a battle by Rage (the Horsea).

Ferrari then said, "Must I?"
Rage then said, "Yes, now fight me!"

Rage, forgetting he was a Horsea, charged at Ferrari. Ferrari swam out of the way and tackled Rage. Rage immediately fainted.

Ferrari then started glowing. Suddenly his tail was growing longer and skinnier until he was all tail. Then his fins grew longer until they were like streamers near his head. His eyes moved a little further back on his skull. He had just evolved into a Milotic!

"Wow. That felt tingly." said Ferrari.

Meanwhile, Shawn was up on the land testing out the Raikou's electrical powers, when he accidentally electrocuted himself.

Joe: I'll go find Shawn and Ferrari. They should be here so we can get this over with.
Raulant: Okay.
"Joe leaves to find Shawn and Ferrari, but bumps into a Milotic".
Ferrari: Joe?
Joe: Ferrari? Is that you?
Ferrari: Yeah, it's me. What's up?
Joe: Listen. You want to get back to your Raikou body, right?
Ferrari: Yeah. Why?
Joe: No time to explain. Just get Shawn and meet me in the mixing lab.
Ferrari: What body does Shawn have?
Joe: He is currently in posesion of your Raikou body.
Ferrari: That little......
Joe: The thing is, if you want to get back to normal, you will have to put all resentment for Shawn behind you and so will he.
Ferrari: Okay. Where are the mixing labs?
"Joe tells Ferrari everything he needs to know".
Ferrari: So, you, Raulant and Flame have found an antidote?
Joe: Yeah. That's why you need to meet us there tonight. Soon.
Ferrari: Okay. You can count on me.
"He swims off to find Shawn".
Joe: Great. That's done. Time to head back.
"he goes back to the mixing lab".
Raulant: Well?
Joe: Ferrari is looking for Shawn now. They'll come here when he finds them.
Ooc: Continue.

Rounding up the others were almost done. In a few moments, only 1 pair was left.

"Call him over. I'm getting sleepy already; it's nearing midnight!"

They were able to finally drag both the Raikou and the Milotic in.

"What the hell. You couldn't have evolved that body. Maybe you're more suited for a Feebas than a Raikou~"

"Shut up. I hate this body."

"Fine, now come in contact."

When the last few instances of the formula was consumed, the plan worked to success. BUT, there was a fight that hasn't been settled.

"Now that I'm back... it's time for REAL." the now Milotic aggrssed on the Raikou.

"I'll take you on anytime, but I'll leave you alive for now as it's not the perfect time." the Raikou said in reply.

There was an announcement heard from all over the school.

"Attention. Thanks to Raulant's efforts we are now able to restore balance. We hope that you continue this forgiveness of yours to each other and that land and water Pokemon shall be in unity again. Please leave the school now, the gates are unlocked." was the announcement.

"Honestly, that little dirtbag Arceus just wanted to give me a hard time..." Raulant said to himself.

Everyone was leaving the school then. Ferrari and Shawn going their opposite way. Raulant still had to fix up in the rooms before leaving. But he still noticed that both Pokemon still had eyes locked on each other as they were leaving.

"You two... stop it." Raulant exclaimed.

The two almost came to a halt, but they continue to walk outside.

"This is strange; I thought you forgave each other."

The two came to a halt.

"No attacking; it's night."

They faced each other.

"I don't want a riot."

They apparently couldn't resist. The Milotic launched a ferocious Aqua Hydros while the Raikou sent an Electabeam through the other sides before actually leaving. But...

"STOP!"

Raulant went in the middle and eventually was hti by both forces. The two were startled and rushed back to the Chinchou.

Because of the collision of Electricity and Water, Chinchou's body is now burning ferociously.

"Raulant?!" the Milotic exclaimed.

"Put out that fire! Now!" the Raikou said hesitantly.

The Milotic tried to Hydro Pump as hard as it can but the fire was strong and persistent. Even Raulant was trying to dampen himself.

"H~HE~lp.... GRAH!" He tried to use Surf but cannot come in contact with enough water.

With a few minutes and Raulant in a fatal situation, both Poekmon surrounding him almost wept as they knew it was going to be a fatality.

But not for long.

A purifying water came from nowhere, putting out slowly the fire that was engulfing Raulant.

"What was that?"

They saw a small green creature fly through them slowly. They weren't able to get a close look at it so they didn't know what it was.

"Raulant! Raulant! Can you still move?!" both said in concern.

"...I'm fine. Now leave."

Arceus suddenly came rushing in.

"You're lucky you can still even speak from that burn. Now all of you please leave the campus now!"

And soon, the school grounds were empty.

"Classes are going to be a bit shaky tomorrow that I might even have to suspend it..." Arceus said to Raulant.

"...it depends on the school's condition; I'll tell you also what I feel best. Well, I guess I'll be leaving now."

"Alright, good night Raulant."

Arceus suddenly vanished. Raulant, who was supposed to be rushing home, went to a nearby lake instead. From there, he dived underwater and found his way back to the same secret spring that he usually hangs out in. He goes back to the waterfall interior and stays there.

He can't sleep. It's as if he is in an insomnia or something. Or... was he thinking something deep?

"Where are your relatives?"
"Should I also contact your family?"
"Your dad and mom would be proud when they know this..."
"Now write a letter to your parents and..."
"The family is the best group of people to have."
"Soon, you'll also start your own family, just like what you're in now..."

These statements kept echoing in Raulant's head. Soon, tears were shed from his eyes. He wasn't rubbing it, and he wasn't saying a word. He was silent and still, just weeping and thinking.

It went on for a long time.

After a few hours, after the tears had dried up, Raulant still stayed in the same position and situation he is in. Arceus suddenly came bursting in from underwater.

"What are you still doing here? Aren't you supposed to be AT HOME?"

"..."

"Answer."

"...you're not crossing that question on me, Arceus."

"I demand you to answer that. And that's a bit disrespectful to your headmaster."

"Arceus, this isn't school. I have the right to call you anything I want."

"You little... I'm sending you back to your home on my own!"

Arceus then used a special power which lifted up Raulant. He then tries to teleport Raulant to his home by forcing Raulant to think about it. But Arceus, despite his power, fails.

"What... what is this? Raulant...?"

Apparently, Arceus can also see inside Raulant's mind in this situation.

Slowly, Arceus let go of the Chinchou. The Chinchou was weeping again.

"My son, I know you to be a future successful Lanturn who would help this world."
"We never evolved, my son. But I believe you can. I, your father, believes in you. And as long as you believe in yourself, you can do it. I know that you can go past our horizons right now and you would be more successful than us..."

"...LEAVE... please!" Raulant pleaded to Arceus.

"Raulant... what kind of horror is this you are facing?"

"...LEAVE."

"Raulant, you desperately need help; I'm trying to converse with you."

"Arceus... *Sniff* maybe... some other time. Leave me be."

"...your decision."

Raulant suddenly dived underwater. He went to the corner quickly and he continued his reminsce there. Arceus went to inspect, but he felt that Raulant needed an advanced time alone. So Arceus disappeared.

"My parents died in the collision of a ThunderStream and a Hydro Cannon...
I still can envision their burning bodies in my mind right now...
That horrific sense... what just happened...
Am I... going to be conquered by the same fate?
Dad... Mom...
I promised that I would be the first Lanturn of this family line.
And help all.
I may be too young a Chinchou to be involved in this...
But I still believe. I remember what you said.
But... honestly, Arceus shouldn't even have asked me about my relatives.

I hope what happened to you didn't affect you much. I understand that you have a large concern for your family.
But get this: you have to think positively. You may be talented and skilled for such a young Pokemon, but your attitude will really drive you.
What do you really want?
What is it that's stopping you from moving on?
Why do you stay in that corner of the secret spring behind the school?
Raulant, wake up. Reality is waiting for you.

The silver Milotic leaves.
Raulant suddenly flashes back.
"Hey, what the... hey you Milotic come back here~"
The Milotic was too far off and Raulant wasn't heard.
"That face looks too familiar... am I dreaming or something?"

With that, Raulant goes back to the school grounds. As soon as he got on to land, he is bumped by Latios.

"Raulant, you're insanely late! My subject is almost near, go to the classroom as I take a bathroom break."

Raulant proceeds to the part of the school for human language.

But from somewhere, A Milotic was talking to the teacher of Human Language.

"So what happened?"
"He wasn't responding. He seems to be too deep in thought when I saw him."
"He cares about his father and mother, and that's important for him. It must've made a trauma for him when he was still a child..."
"Still, we cannot deny that his abilities surpass the standards of Pokemon at his age."
"I agree. I think he'll be able to enlighten himself before he graduates... If you'll excuse me I'll be tending to class now."
"Fine. I will be watching over the waters again. Revoir!"

The water Pokemon dived back in the water and Latios proceeded in to the class.

But there was one thing he noticed; Raulant wasn't in his chair. He was in the corner.

"Raulant, I think you'll have to be at the clinic the whole day; your body is still weak from yesterday."

With that, Latios drove Raulant out of class and into the Guidance Councilors' Resting room.

"Now, we will begin class."

As The Final Bell Rang, All The Students Gathered Around The Flagpole. All But Edward Was Look Forward To The Fight. Poor Edward Was Forced To Fight By Lil' Weasel's Gang.

Lil' Weasel: Let's Get This Over With!!

Edward: Please!! Somebody Save Me!!!

Lil' Weasel Used Night Slash.

But Edward Evaded It With Teleport.

Edward Then Used Confuse Ray on Lil' Weasel

But Lil' Weasel Dodged It And Used Taunt.

Edward Was Very Angry And Used His Most Powerful Attack, Confusion.

Lil' Weasel Was Hit and Knocked Out.

Just Then, The Types Teacher Mrs. Mary (Sableye) Came As All The Children Scrammed Except For Edward and Lil' Weasel.

Mrs. Mary: Edward, You Will Meet The Guidance Councilor Tomorrow.

Edward: Yes Mame.

(OOC: I Need To Know If Anybody Wrote The Name For The Guidance Councilor)

(OOC: There will be more than 1 guidance councilors. One of them is the sister of the human language teacher, Latias. [Legendaries don't receive own names, as they are unique except for Lugia] I am also still thinking of a second and/or third guidance councilor for the school.)

"Raulant, don't try to move too much." said the school Nurse, Ms. Karlya Chansey, to the suddenly very weak Raulant.

"I don't know what happened to you, but it seems that your body has been stiffened of fatigue. Stay immobile as much as possible. I'll be back on you later."

With that, Karlya left the guidance's office. But, an overhearing Raulant was actually awake at that time.

"(...someone's in the Guidance Office? I better hear out on the situation...)"

In the main part of the office.

"Now, Edward, explain to me what just happened." Councilor Latias was the only guidance officer at that time.

"Ma'am, it wasn't my intention..."

The whole story was said out. Eventually coming to a part where Latias and Edward were arguing with each other, and Weasel was also in the office on the couch.

"No buts, Edward. From the tone of your voice and the look on your face, you look like you're just making up a story."

"Ma'am! You can't really pressume until you actually see it! What I'm telling you is the truth!"

"No Ms. Latias! Edward was the one who started it~" a certain Sneasel butted in.

"Honestly, I don't know which of you I can believe in; both of you are stating opposing facts. I can only see it through some special ability, but I'll need one day to do that, but I must solve this right now..."

Just then, an injured Chinchou comes out from the inner parts of the Office.

"Let me handle this, Latias..."

"Raulant, what are you doing out of bed? And why call me with that address?"

"Ma'am, it doesn't matter what I call you, don't make a big issue out of it."

"Raulant, I suggest you go back to your bed before you even hurt yourself even more!"

"Ms. Latias, please, let me contribute. Allow me to help detect who is the real culrpit of this."

"...fine, I trust that you are doing the right thing."

"That's right sis, let him." a certain Latios came from outside.

"Bro? Are you actually encouraging him to do it?" Latias asked.

"I have to see something of him. Now Raulant, proceed." Latios said in reply.

"Alright then. Both of you, hold firm of my antenna; you Edward take the right and Weasel, you get the left one." Raulant orders both of those involved.

"Alright, now close your eyes, and imagine as if you're talking to Ma'am Latias..."

So both the Abra and the Sneasel closed their eyes and ran through their imagination. The Chinchou's antenna glowed as he also closed his eyes and there was momentary silence.

It was taking minutes now. No one except Raulant knows what is actually happening.

"Spark!"

Suddenly the Chinchou Raulant delivered a short spark up both of his antennae. It wasn't felt by both who were holding the antennae, and the electricity was visible as it flowed into their body.

"OW OW OW HELP!!!!" A certain Sneasel was immobilized by sudden shock by electricity. His mouth was fortunately open, and Raulant threw a Mental Herb in, removing the shock.

"That hurt... what the hell did you just do to me you little shrimp?!"

"Excuse me but I'm an angler..."

"Enough of this! Now Raulant, what's the catch?" Latias hesitatively asked of Raulant.

"Ma'am, it is this Sneasel who is the liar."

"WHAT?! You can't just assume that; you have no proof!"

"Oh I have proof alright... Sir Latios, good thing you're in here. Hold my left antenna..."

"...as you ask, Raulant." the Latios said in reply.

As Latios held Raulant's left antenna, Latios' eyes glowed and a visual image was formed in the form of a flatscreen moving event. It's as if they were watching something of the past.

Then the 'flashback' ended and the image disappeared.

"Weasel...?!"

"...OK OK sorry, sorry~!"

"...I think I've had enough of this; this is the 6th time you've been spotted guilty, Weasel. You're in for one week of suspension... INSIDE THIS OFFICE."

"What...?!"

"Must've been unclear. For this school week, you will have to go to school, and straight to this office. We have a little counciling to do..."

"Ma'am! Please, anything but that!"

"It's for your good, I have no choice."

"But!"

"Weasel, listen. Many Pokemon here already classify you as a bully. But this I ask of you -- is this what you really want to be called?"

"..honestly, no ma'am..."

"Then think. Think of why you are doing this."

"It's because... I want to prove my strength...!"

(OOC: Ok wait let's assume Edward was dismissed already and Latios and Edward are out of the scenario)

"Your strength. Typical, that's what bullies do -- play around those who don't look strong. But see what just happened? You got tossed around. If you really were doing something wrong, this really would happen. You don't happen to be 'bragging' now would you Weasel?"

"...I am a little show off..."

"Just now you realize. Now, hit me with everything you got."

"What?!"

"Just do it. Slash me or anything -- just attack me!"

"Ma'am, I can't do that, you're the guidance councilor!"

Suddenly, a voice was heard from nowhere.

"This is the headmaster. I advise you to follow anything that the guidance councilor says. Out." was the 'announement'.

"...alright..."

Weasel did a weak Night Slash.

"...Weasel, show no mercy at me."

"...but Ma'am... isn't this too much?"

Then suddenly, electricity was sent flying his way. He was then in a state of shock until the electricity stopped channeling.

"Why you little good for nothing Chinchou~!"

"Now if you just made it quick I wouldn't be doing that to you. Now beat up the councilor!"

"..."

"Weasel, just do it, it's for your own good anyway." Latias interrupts.

"...alright Ma'am, here I go!"

Weasel then made a serious fight stance and used a powerful Ice Claw on Latias.

But to his dismay, Latias didn't even flinch even a bit.

Then Latias just sent the Sneasel flying through the room.

Startled, the Sneasel got in slashing position again.

"I know that isn't your inner strength, Weasel, go and get me!"

With that, the Sneasel suddenly disappeared and did a Quick Pursuit which then made him appear next to the guidance councilor. But before the Pursuit contact, Latias was able to lift up Weasel with her powers and throw him across the room again.

"See Weasel? How limited your power is?"

"This is..."

"So, do you want to get stronger? Does anything drive you at all?"

"I... want to be stronger! But... now that I look at it... how can I become stronger if I'm picking on the innocent..."

"Exactly! You don't. Most of the stronger Pokemon who have graduated here have gone through a peaceful life, and they exercise and train in the proper manner. Weasel, you must find the proper way of training, and improve your strength more."

"Ma'am... how will I do that?"

"Weasel, just look into your soul. Find what makes you a Sneasel, and what is your destiny. You will soon find out how to get stronger. Here, I'm giving this as a remembrance to you."

Latias handed over to Sneasel a Sharp Claw.

"What will I do with this?"

"This is remembrance that you must search your inner-soul as a Sneasel. Bring it with you always."

"...yes Ma'am, I will try my best. I will start to talk to my other 'friends' in the bullies part, and I will apologize to those who I have insulted..."

"But don't go too light on anyone; there will someone who will always be stronger than you. You have to prove it the RIGHT WAY, is my point. It is right to apologize, but if you're really determined, you could challenge Edward in a formal battle sometime once again after you have gotten stronger."

"Yes Ma'am, I will try my best. I think I know what I'm going to do first thing tomorrow..."

Then suddenly, another channel of electricity came from the inner parts of the office, and hit Weasel.

But then, Weasel was able to resist and deflect the channeling, pulling off a wonderful endurance.

"I... am strong in my own way..."

Then suddenly this little Sneasel's body was glowing. While firmly holding the Sharp Claw, it suddenly attached to his hands and multiplied. Red blades (?) were growing out of his top head, and his body form was looking like even more of a rabid. Sooner, when the glowing stop, Weasel didn't look like a Sneasel anymore.

"And this is proof that you have realized what you must do. Now go forth, Weasel, and find your way into becoming a strong Pokemon. With the Weavile that you are now, you must train more and more."

"Thanks, ma'am. I feel more powerful already...! Oh, Raulant... thanks for the help. Without your help the school would've been in a calamity again... I'm sorry."

"That's alright. Just don't forget Weasel, that I still beat you 8 times." Raulant says in reply.

"Wha... wha! Alright Raulant, you asked for it! Come a day when I'm fully grown and strong, you will receive the first dreaded loss you receive from a Dark Pokemon like me, Weasel, the powerful!"

"Ahaha, I'll be looking forward to it. Good luck, Weasel!" Raulant replies.

"Good luck Weasel." Latias dismisses the now evolved Weavile.

After that, Raulant suddenly fell flat on the ground, unconcious.

"Raulant, I told you to rest... but you did a great job. You deserve to stay at bed for a day..."

Outside...

A certain Weavile was going home.

"It's a good thing my parents weren't called over...! Now, once I become more powerful, I will first beat Edward, then Raulant, then soon winboth the Dark and Ice Championships of the school!"

Then suddenly a yellow form ran his way and the Weavile tripped over.

"Ferrari, why the hell are you in a hurry?"

"What? Who are you?"

"Don't you recognize me, you twerp?! I'm who you call Lil' Weasel! But now, I'm in a more pure form than you can imagine."

"Oh, Weasel. Don't be silly -- you haven't even gotten into my league yet."

"But soon I will, you just wait you damn Raikou! Now anyway, what the hell is the hurry?"

"Have you seen a Milotic swim by here anywhere?"

"No I haven't -- I just got off the school grounds."

"Grrr! Where is that coward?!"

"Wait! Ferrari! Bolt me, will you?"

"What? Do you really want to get hurt that badly?"

"Just do it! And do it as hard as you can!"

"... fine, you asked for it Lil' Weasel. Here goes!"

A Thunderbolt was sent the Weavile's way. It hit him, but not without the Weavile charging the Raikou's way.

"What?!"

"I guess this isn't hard enough, Ferrari!"

With that, Weasel delivered a strong blow of an Ice Claw.

It was weak enough to prevent any hurt, but it was strong enough to make Ferrari flinch and dash back.

"Hm, so what you're saying is true then -- you've gotten stronger."

"Hah! What did I tell you?"

"Alright. I'll be looking forward to the Ice vs. Electric match a few weeks from now, then?"

"It's settled! I just hope you'll be strong enough to actually reach battling me!"

"I won't be a blow off, excuse me. Speaking of excuse me, I have to run."

With that, Ferrari ran out and rushed on to find a certain Milotic.

"I better rush too.... rush home, I guess."

WIth that, the Weavile suddenly disappeared.

Inside the office...

"Raulant, that was impressive, but please take it light on yourself!"

"Ma'am, I'm fine... ugh!"

"Raulant! You're antenna is busted, and you can't receive much electric rush from this point. Please just try to rest as we talk!"

"...alright Ma'am, but what are we to talk about? And shouldn't you be heading home, too?"

"I could stay anywhere for any amount of time."

With that, Latias transformed into a Red Chinchou.

"Ma'am, quit joking around."

"Well, we could talk about a lot of stuff being a Chinchou in the outer world~"

"Haha, I like that conversation."

With that, the school grounds were empty and all that was left was the injured Chinchou.

"Hm... this is going well one by one."
"Arceus, are you sure that the events are going as planned?"
"I already told you, this batch contains the best lineup. And when they graduate, they will have to be our party."
"I await that moment, but I think it's going too slow..."
"Patience, Latios, patience. We already have found 2 of those Pokemon we are looking for, and I'm looking forwad to 2 more: one Electric type and one Water Type."
"You mean..."
"Yes, that Milotic and Raikou look interesting. We have to keep an eye out for them. Barathral!"
"Yes?"
"In lien to having watch over Raulant, I suggest you also swim out and monitor Weasel, Ferrari, and Shawn. They look like they will be a story to make."
"As you wish. I will start tracing all of them tomorrow."
"Good. Now what happened with Raulant today?"
"Well, still traumatized about something. It's a good thing his friend Phione delivered a letter to him, else he would still be in the same spot now."
"Hm, traumatized by memories... that's typical. Alright, dismissed. We will talk about this not very soon. Now go, and prepare for teaching tomorrow."
"Yes sir."

Ferrari was running down the street when he decided, how about I do an intense workout before I fight Shawn? He then went into a forest full of Pidgeot, Staraptor, Skarmory and the like.

After a few hours of intense training, Ferrari was able to use the move Extrasensory to direct his Thunderbolt attacks.

He then went out and took a well-deserved rest.
