Whats EV

evs are effort vaules, certain pokemon give certain ev's. Every 4 ev's gives one stat bonus. So 252 ev's gives 63 extra stat points which makes a big difference.

I don't get it.

Well it can be tuogh to understand. But say a pokemon has an attack stat with no Ev's of 300. With maxed Ev's the attack will be 363.
