Alright guys, I really need some help here.

Recently I have not been able to trade between my Emerald version and Fire Red version since I restarted Fire Red, though before I was able to trade between them just fine.

I have two GBAs, one an SP.

And yes, I've already beaten the E4 in Fire Red and got the sapphire and ruby from the little side quest thing and the machine even says link up with Hoenn achieved or whatnot.

So I have no idea what's wrong. I tried with two different link cables and nothing it just stays at "Please wait... B to cancel." And it just stays hanging.

I don't know if it could just be that my cables are messed up? I ordered a new link cable which I should be getting in a few days and see if that works..

I'd be really pissed/sad if one of my GBAs is messed up ;-;

I just find it odd how I was trading just fine until I restarted FR, even though I made sure to check that I beat it, and trust me I did.

Maybe it's because I got 999:59 hours in my emerald game, well over that now, but it's not counting them, but I don't see how that would affect anything as I can still save just fine in emerald...

Any help you guys can give?

If I had the berry glitch wouldn't it have told me that the internal battery has died, or is that something else? o:

And I thought the berry glitch was just a Ruby/Sapphire problem, it's in emerald too? And didn't FR/LG give a fix for that glitch, or am I thinking of something else as well? xD

I wanted to start a new game in my emerald but trade some of my pokes to FR before I did that though x:

You could blame the Battle Frontier for the crazy game time along with me leaving my GBA on sometimes for days... <.<"


Man I really don't want to have to go get a ride to a gamestop or something just to have them tell me "Durr... I dunno wats wrong lady sorry durrrr" as that's how many of the people that work in gamestops here are like sadly. x:

All these weird things always happen to me, I swear xD

Well, just got my new cable and it's working now haha

Guess my old cable just fried out on me all of a sudden, better that than the games or either one of my GBAs
