a awsome winning pattern

ok now there are some counters but then agian wat doesnt?

ok use these move set up,

1fly/dig/dive/bounce
2protect/detect
3toxic
4anyting you think is wise. substtue, double team anything that can help you stall

item: leftovers

ok now of course start with toxic. then next move use protect, boom you get leftover healh and your enemey takes some damage. next turn, use your fly/dig/dive/bounce move to dodge yet another attack, this comes in handle when you have good speed. then next turn protect. keep doing this as ou watch your opponent cry at there low health and your increasing health.remeer you can use that extra move to help you out wen things look dire

your guys opinoin?

There's one flaw really. After your toxic or fly/bounce/dig move they are allowed to get an attack in, this means that if it's super effective then it will do a lot of damage; leftovers only heals 1/16 of health a turn. I guarantee your method won't work all the time.

yes thats correct however, thats only "if" it does that. you can always choose a suitible pokemon that has good defenses And good type combo. atk, and sp. atk arent important very much in this set up sinces its a stalling set up. yes it wont work all the time just like every other pattern there is but cmon you got to admit a little bit that this set up is decent right?

Also, as another flaw, there is the theft move (or thief cant remember =P) that can steal your left over. Further more, it can use fly/dig/dive/bounce to avoid yours fly dig dive bounce and attack you. also, protect has an high missing rate, so you would really be wasting turns everytime it misses...

It's a simple stalling tactic. On paper it looks good but it is very little used in competitive battles. In frontier it might help though if used on right pokemon.

Ludicolo@Leftovers
1. Toxic
2. Leech seed
3. Protect
4. Dive

Probably the best choice.

Try sticking that moveset to shuckle. With its abnormally high defense, it can last a lifetime. (Replace stalling move with sandstorm) Rest too is will do nicely.

There is another flaw also. Protect is not postive to never fail/miss. Other than that thought it aint bad.
