	I think the name is Cacturne (its early!). It is a cactus pokemon with the type Grass/Dark. EDIT: I've tried the desert! I can't seem to find it.. I'm using Pokemon Emerald and I haven't beat the Elite 4.

	That's what I meant, CACNEA. Well I've tried the desert! I can't seem to find it. Are there certain conditions to be met?
