	to keep the pkerous in your game, you should change your party often and it will affect more of them , its a virous your pkemon catch it of eachother so put the pokemon in the pc if u want to keep it then get it out once u want to get more pkemon with it -------------------

	I don't think it's very rare... One way to keep it is to infect a pkmn you don't use and put it in ure pc. When you want pkmn infected, put it in ure party with them -------------------

	I had it once. I was playing Crystal back then and I got it after I had been to lake of rage. Anyway I wanted t get rid of it back then. If i had known that my pokémon would get stronger, I would have defenitely kept it. -------------------
