	Azumarill sucks. Go with Tentacruel but theres much more better water types like Milotic and Gyrados. -------------------

	Theres no such thing as a "better" pokemon. They all have their good sides. It just depends what you are going to use it for. -------------------

Plus great Speed and Special Attack. But out of the 2, I would pick Tentacruel for Great Speed, and even greater Special Defence and Tentacruel can learn poison attacks.

	tentacruel is actually severly underated, the only downside is its ground weakness (its special defence means it wont be ohko'ed by electric) but its a water type so ground=no threat its attacking stats arnt too high but its better as a toxic/super sonic based stratagy -------------------

	Tentacruel is way better. Azumarill is a piece of crap. Tentacruel has amazing possibilites with its movepool, it has good sp. defense, learns mirror coat, and can improve its defense with barrier. Oh yeah huge power, who cares, what does that do. Double his attack so he can attack with no STAB?

If you were to choose a Water Pokemon, clearly Milotic would be the better choice, as would Shedinja if choosing a Bug Pokemon. As for the Azumarril/Tentacruel debate, I haven't used an Azumarril and I've only used Tentacruel in RBY, so I can't say this for certain, however, IMO, there are better Water Pokemon out there than those two.
