i know a mod and where to download it if u want to know

I was kinda hoping that the moding abilities would be as open and flexible as Half-Life. A mod kit is something that developers release sometimes for players in order to create their own mods. I just thought one was coming out for Halo...

Sure but are they actual mods or just maps?? Do you understand the difference between a modified map and an actual mod of a game? As in like Counter-Strike was to Half-Life.

Hey, I'm Andrew. My user name is Master_Chief McIsaac, as you've noticed... hopefully . Hah. Anyway, I've currently gotten a temporary cracked PC Halo disc... I consider it a very advanced demo (hey, it's only temporary, I'll get the REAL version, but I cannot find the damn game here in Nova Scotia... no Electronics Boutique here.) As SOON as I find Halo PC on a shelf, out the window goes the burnt one, and in comes the original... besides, it's impossible to find a cracked server on Gamespy or anything... 20 servers might be cracked compared to the, literally, 400 servers that are running... and all have higher-than-average pings. And speaking of Halo online for PC... I've found something really funny, but I've also expected it. Some people are really, really good at PC Halo, and I've found people that are complete idiots on the Net (No offense to newbies, we all start somewhere, don't we?). I suspect that the good people are the people that have high experience from the Xbox version, and have good tactics for online play (think the Xbox version on XBConnect/Gamespy plus the ability to communicate through text), compared to people who have never played it on Xbox, or don't have an Xbox, and have just bought it (which would make them complete newbies at the game). Don't get me wrong, there are probably quite a few out there with the Xbox and PC versions of Halo, but just can't seem to get the experience (I'm one of those people who aren't so hot at Halo... compared to the other people who've had it as long as I have, June 2002.)

does anyone who had halo for xbox think its worth getting for pc if you already have it? and if so how much does it cost?

If you have Halo on Xbox then there's no point in getting it on PC unless you have a pretty slick machine. In the UK it is £25-£35 here.
