i just noticed this today, y does the ghost fly? i thought it could only hovver

the ghost can only hover, the banshee can fly tho. it can hover, and move around and stuff. the banshee can fly around everywhere.

It can fly with a little tweak in HMT

the ghost is going to have boosting in H2.

Cool, so if you go over a ramp and boost it, it will glide?

Yeah, apparently the secondary fire on the ghost in H2 is going to be a speed boost, but when boosting you cannot turn or shoot or anything, thats the downside to it

Hmm yea i suppose, thats pretty poor becuase in battle dont have time to line it up

i know in halo 2 enemies can now jump on the ghost/warthog and kick you off while you are moving. perhaps the boost on the ghost is more for avoiding situations where you will be kicked off of the ghost by enemies?

Yeah a think you might be right there cleese, so if you think about it its quite a useful feature

Lol, yeah its quite useful, like if your getting chased by a banshee at full speed and with one tap of the gas you zooooom away leaving it eating your dust

Yea that will be one advantage, but, the banshee has always got the power to shot you where as u cant shoot a banshee down with a ghost unless u prop your ghost up on a ramp at an angle then wait for one to fly by

Actually it's pretty easy to shoot a banshee in a ghost, isnt that right people?

Wat!!! how on earth can u shoot a banshee down without it being on the ground or shooting it off a ramp?

sorry but u cant aim upwords, unless you have some kind of super ghost, and u cant get them from what ive seen
