Alright, the first thing you need to do is wait for N.K to attack. Clap when he throws a punch at you, so that you end up dodging the strike. Quickly after dodging N.K's attack, quickly make a reprisal with an attack of your own. You will miss, but in doing so you will trigger him to attempt to kick you. Dodge this kick (by clapping), and you will finally get your chance to wail on him.

Rinse and repeat until a cutscene appears where he beats his chest. Once N.K does this, he will follow the same pattern but this time he will kick twice in a row. Dodge them both, and then wail on him each time you get it right to get yourself a nice K.O.
