How is this game, is it good playing online? no one has posted in this forum , why?

Not sure why this forum is so dead. This was a highly anticipated game. I know I have it but will not be playing it for some time. I am still playing San Andreas, Halo II and have a shitload of unopened games I will be getting to long before this one sadly.

Well i played this game, and personally i think it sucks. Atv offroad fury 1 and 2 were better then this.

I am a huge fan of the first 2 games and I am anticipating getting this one soon. I can't see how it would suck. But the developer has changed, its no longer Rainbow studios. That could be a factor. I am curious.
Hey, Johnnyrocksyou, can you explain why you think it sucks? You may just save me some money.

I bought the game as a gift for my friend, but I think I'd probably wanna keep it to myself instead... I can't wait to see how it compares to 1 and 2

This game is much better - there's a better choice of music (in my opinion), there are more options, you can actually customize your ATV entirely, etc.

I got really frustrated in the middle of ATV II because it was insanely hard for me. I have no idea why because I am really good at driving games. I had no trouble with the first game but the second got insane after a while.

Well hopefully III will be more fair.

OK, I just got this game (finally) and I think it rocks!
Great soundtrack, great graphics (weather effects are excellent), gameplay is improved, its just a great time!
If you liked the first 2, you'll love this game. I haven't gone online with it yet (I still have to polish up on my chops first) but i plan on checking it out soon.

A lot of game forums are dead. Ghost in the Shell is a pretty cool game (ps2), and it's braindead. I don't get it.

A buddy of mine just got a PS3 and we hooked it up online and I brought some of my PS 2 online games over.... I just THOUGHT I was good at it....I even bought the PS 2-PS3 memory card adapter so I could use my good stuff on there, to no avail. I'm gettting flat out beat like a redheaded step child!!!
Seriously, on the Hamptworth Station SX track, my best lap time is around .28:8ish.... on the leaderboards, these guys are in the 23 24 second range!!! I cant see finding another 4 or 5 seconds here, how am I getting beat this bad???
I actually race a Honda TRX 450 in FTR Enduros, and I also race a Sea Doo HX on the HWT, not that it means much, but I am a racing purist, is that translating over to my online racing too much???

THose are the kind of people who sit there and play constantly for three days and live off of candy bars for the next three days. That's just my guess, though.
This game rocks, but it is really hard at the beginning, probably because I'm ued to street racing games.

i just bought this game for £9 in a market and its pants

I got internet on my ps2 about a month ago even though i could of donea about last year. when i try to connect this only happens on my atv off road fry 2&3 also flat out and tony hawks under ground. It always says cannection to lobby failed i have na idea what to do your help would be appreciated.

you may of noticed som spelling errors on donea is done it and fry is fury and cannection is connection.
