I need to know if I'm gonna need all the Power Cells, because if I do, I'm screwed. Some kind weird glitch is happening in my game. I'm at the place where the guy wants you to beat the record on the race course...one problem, the record is set as 00.01...and I have no idea why...but that's impossible to beat...any ideas of what I should do?

You don't need 100 Power Cells for the end, but you need 100 Power Cells for the extended end. Luckily for you you're not missing much, because it is a *bleep*ing abomination.
But even still, you needn't worry. There's actually 101 Power Cells in the game and you only need 100 of them. ------------------- | |
