	One of (the main reason) the reasons he can talk in JakII is because of all the Dark Eco injected into him. It changed his DNA and his mind. Because Jak has no voice or opinion, gamers are immersed further into the game because they are able to create their own perception of his personality and how he would respond to certain situations - so in a sense, you are Jak. 	i think jak don talk cuse the player (an daxter) speek4 him. PS: i don think that jak iz def couse he reacts 2 wat dax says example wen u 1st go in the spot ware kera iz werking on that... uh... hover bike thing for the first time an dax asks kera if he an her go on the hovrbike thing an jak slaps him on da bak of da head.
