That is probably why. They knew people would only use Zeus Lightning on far range enemies, and Medusa's Gaze for the puzzle coming up soon after that, or sometimes on other enemies.

We most likely got it first because they knew it was the best, and did not want to get you stuck with a bunch of bad magic for most of the game.

I think Aretmis Blade should have been first because it is very useful because it is powerful and never runs out of magic

They would have had to change the back story of the blades being burned into his arms permanetly though. I only used the Artemis blade like once or twice. It was too heavy a weapon for my personal choice.

I used the aretmis blade for stronger and slower enemies.I used the aretmis blade more than i did the blades of chaos for some strange reason.

The sweetest thing happened to me a couple days ago. I was in Pandora's Temple, somewhere around the Trial of Atlas. There is a room with large blades that spin in a grid pattern all across the floor. After that you go outside onto a bridge. Well I was fighting the harpies on the bridge and as I killed the last one it died right on the ledge of the bridge. The game glitched and the bird never fully died and it just stayed face up on the edge of the bridge flickering on and off. The cool part was that it gave me a neverending stream of red orbs b/c the bird was dead but it never went away. Needless to say, after standing there for about 15 minutes I had over 100,000 experiences and maxed out levels on everything. Best glitch ever.

You are very lucky.I played the game over to max put Zeuz's lightning bolt and i have to say that it is really a good magic spell

Haha, that is the best glitch I have ever heard in a game! You are probably like one out of two people who ever got to experience this. I wish I did

after just hearing u say this i went and tried this heh its not 2 hard to do it i just kept killing the harpies right when they got near the edge hah and i got like 100 red orbs every second lol so sweet

Cheesy main menu what are you talking about,fire rocks.At least it has a main menu unlike the GTA games.I like when you go to start a new game how they show his face and when you click the difficulty how the backgroungd changes
