Welcome to the Roleplay!

I've been looking through the forum and I found that it really needed a Roleplay. decided to make one, and I hope many participate. But first, there will be some rules:

1. You can join any time!
2. Have Fun!
3. You can only act as one main character at a time. If you want a different main character you have to either kill off your current one or change your current one to an NPC.
4. No killing off other players characters.
5. Don’t start plots [marriage/dating] with other players character unless you have their permission.
6. Talk English and try to use correct grammar and spelling.
7. No spamming or flaming. If you have a problem with what someone is doing sort it out through pm or notify the thread creator.
8. You must wait two seasons after striking up a relationship before you get married. You must have posted all the heart events during that time.
9. Please post at least 5 sentences per post. This does not include OCC.
10. Please post the full date [Day of week, Season, Date, Year]
11. You have to start from scratch meaning you cannot be related to any of the game characters or be best friends with any of them. You have to build the relationships up as you roleplay.
12. You must wait one season after your married before becoming pregnant or applying for adoption you then must wait two seasons before you give birth or receive the baby from the adoption agency.
13. You cannot start out immensely rich, with magic or any other advantage over the other roleplayers.
14. You have to wait for two people to post after you before you can post again [Temporarily Disabled]
15. If a member has a relationship going on with another character you cannot be romantic towards either character.
16. Same-sex relationships are allowed.
17. Keep it E-rated
18. Substories- You may have up to two substories per year. The difference between your regular post and a substory post is that during a substory the character(s) will be temporarily unavailable for other members to talk about.

Introduction:

Forget-Me-Not Valley is looking for new residents! You decide to move there to create a new life, find some friends, and maybe even get married...

Major Lynette
Name: Hope
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Birthday: Spring 7th
Physical description: Hope has long, dirty blond hair that reaches her waist that she usually wears in either two low ponytails or loose. Her eyes are emerald green, and she has pale skin, though it tans in the Summer. She is not very tall, and usually wears a short green dress that matches her eyes along with a pair of leather flip-flops and an occasional jacket in colder weather. She is usually found with a book, because she loves to read. She has a gentle, sweet face and is very approachable. She has straight teeth, which she rarely shows.
Personality: Hope is very shy, but she is really nice when you get to know her. She is sweet, caring, and always there for a friend. She does not have very much experience around guys, so she usually pretends to not be there or leaves. She loves nature, and spends most of her time around the Goddess Springs. She loves visiting Vesta's and Jacks's Farms to watch the crops grow. She's what most people call a good girl: she does what she's told, studies hard and talks when she's spoken to.
Likes and Dislikes: Hope likes flowers and strawberries above all. Her most hated thing is apple juice, but she's too shy to tell someone that if they give her one.
History: Hope moved from the city after her parents died in a car crash because she couldn't pay to go to university. She moved to Forget-Me-Not Valley in hopes of getting a job and raising a family. She got her first wish and started working and living at the Blue Bar, but still hasn't had her second granted.
Family: Both of Hope's parents were killed in a car crash, and she was an only child.
Other: Hope is currently available to marry. If no one PM's me about it then I'll just claim a bachelor or create an NPC.

Name: Marison Ressonmi
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Birthday: Spring 3
Physical description: Marison has long, light brown hair that waves down her back. She is short with fair skin and green eyes.
Personality: Marison is a happy-go-lucky person who's personality is likely to win many friends in Forget-me-Not Valley. She can also have a whiny streak, especially if something isn't going her way.
Likes and dislikes: Marison likes laughter, friendship, apples, cheese, walking on the beach and in the Spring, music, and knitting. She doesn't like to be around upset people or people who tell her what to do.
History: You can see most of it on Miraka's profile. Other than that... Marison lived with her sister in Kardia for a while, but when she grew older, she decided to move to Forget-me-Not Valley, where she heard she could make her fortune. Little did she know that she would be in a completely different world...
Family: Parents, older sister (Miraka - main character of my RF RP), older brother (Kasar - deceased), older brother (Rei - living), grandmother (Seomi - deceased)
Other: She plays the reed flute. She is also a very accomplished player. Miraka is still very close to her, and visits her often.

History: She grew up in the city but decided to move to Forget-Me-Not Valley when her career was not going anywhere.
Family: All of her known relatives are dead. But she believes that someone out there is related to her and still alive.
Other: She has a kitten named Noisy.

Birthday: Winter 7
Physical description: He has a short mess of red hair sitting atop his head; and has a fair complexion. He is usually wearing a sky blue cap over his head. He's also wearing a white t-shirt with a denim vest over it, and jeans.
Personality: Very playful, and fun. Can be very moody during the summer though; as he hates too much heat.
Likes and dislikes: He likes strawberries, strawberry cake, milk, things from the dig site, and tomatoes. He dislikes failed cooking attempts and eggs.
History: He came to Forget-Me-Not Valley to escape from his big family, but also wants to help out at Vesta's farm.
Family: He has two parents, three sisters, and one brother.
Other: He hangs out at Romana's whenever he's not working at Vesta's.

DranzerBlade
Name: Luna
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Birthday: 8th Summer
Physical description: Has light blond, nearly white hair that goes down to her shoulders. Luna has deep purple eyes and she wears a silvery-white top with a wolf on the front, and silver trousers.
Personality: Is very quiet during the day, but she is drawn out of her shell at night. She is drawn to the moon, and usually sits outside at night to watch it.
Likes and dislikes: Likes the moon, animals, gems from the mines and Summer, because that's when the Mist Moon Flower can be found. She dislikes dresses and being in large groups of people during the day.
History: She was born on the night of a Full Moon. Her mother named her Luna, before abandoning her, as her family believed being born on the night of a Full Moon bad luck.
Luna grew up in secret with her aunt, who had taken her in due to pity. Luna had run away, leaving a small note telling her aunt that she was thankful for her hospitality, but she could manage on her own now.
Family: Her aunt. She never met her real parents.
Other: Is available for Marrige. Hopes to find a job. Preferebly on a farm. (Could she work at Vesta's too?)

Gender: Alien. Ok, female.

Birthday: Fall 11th

Looks: Iona is somewhat pretty. Her brown hair has redstreaks and falls silkily down her back, never fixed up.Her eyes are a deep violet and show even deeper thought. Her ski n is a reddish color, strangely with freckles.

Personality: She is serious, firm, and stubborn. She is a bit rude and hates Muffy, or people like her, (she is seriously flightly and a flirt in her opinion), and is rather cold. However, she has lots of wit and much intelligent. She would in someways make a good friend of Nami's.

Likes: nature, fall and winter, nighttime, the dig site, and her odd jobs.

Dislikes: Loud noises, people who don't believe her, and dumb people.

History: Iona has been through plenty of turmoil. Her single father left her at eight, and has been through relatives and foster parents and orphanages, many who neglected her. This toughened her but made her cold, as said in her personality. When her brother died, she moved to the Forget-me-not Valley.

Family: Her mother died in childbirth, father ran away because of 'problems' Iona couldn't find out, and brother died. Many far-off cousins and such though.

Other: Lives at the inn, takes odd jobs like housework, farmwork, doctoring for other villagers. Shares a room with Nami.

Monday, Spring 1st, Year 1

Hope stood at the entrance to Forget-Me-Not Valley, looking out at her new home. She walked slowly through the valley, as if in a daze. She stopped when she arrived at a small building with a sign that said "Blue Bar" on it.

A man stood behind the counter, looking around the Bar. His eyes stopped when he saw Hope. "Hello there. What would you like?"
"I'd like... well, I was wondering if... well, I wanted to know if I could get a job here," she stuttered. The man raised his eyebrows.
"A job?" He asked. Hope nodded furiously, looking at the ground. He chuckled. "You're new here, eh? Well, I'm sure something can be arranged. I'm Griffin, by the way. Do you have a place to live?" She shook her head. "No problem, no problem. You and Muffy can share her room. She's a waitress." Hope looked up, shocked.
"Sir, I couldn't possibly-" He held up his hand.
"Don't say a word. Muffy'll be happy to have a roommate. That's it?" he added, looking at her duffel bag. She nodded. "You'll start tomorrow, at noon. For now, I'd like you to get comfortable in the valley. Go through the back door, and up the ladder to Muffy's room. What's your name, by the way?" He added. She blushed.
"It's Hope, sir." He nodded.
"Alright, Hope, go up to the room." She went up to a room that was decorated in pink. A blonde girl was walking around when she noticed Hope.
"Hi there," she said, smiling. "I'm Muffy, Can I help you?" Just then, Griffin came up the stairs, hauling an extra bed.
"Muffy, this is Hope, a new waitress. She'll be rooming with you." Muffy smiled at her.
"You're going to be working here? Oh, that's wonderful! I've always wanted a roomie!" She clapped her hands and hummed a little tune. "Looks like we'll be fast friends..." thought Hope.

Spring 1, Year 1

Marison set her eyes on Forget-me-Not valley. Well, this is it. I'm about to enter a very different world, she thought. She set on down the hill. Travelers had directed her to the Blue Inn in the valley, so she headed there. On her way, she passed a farm filled with greenhouses. Outside, a big red-haired woman was tending to some plants. She looked up. "Well, hello there, traveler," she said. "Are you here on vacation, or-?"

"I'm moving in here," Marison said. The woman nodded.

"So, you'll be here with us... I'm Vesta, by the way. I run the store here with my brother, Marlin, and my assistant, Celia. We hope we'll see you around."

"Don't worry. You will," Marison said, waving and continuing her journey to the Inn...

Across the bridge, she noticed another farm, this one with a field and some cows. Marison slowed but didn't stop as she had come to the Inn. She walked in.

A short, dark-haired woman stood behind the counter. "Hello, traveler! I'm Ruby. Would you like a room for the night?" she asked. Marison shook her head.

"I heard that you were the ones in charge of the new homes here," she said.

"Yes we are, dear. Well, then, welcome to Forget-me-Not Valley! I live here with my husband, Tim, and our son, Rock. I hope you'll drop by for a meal sometime! Here's your key!"

"Thank you, Ruby," Marison said, bowing and heading off to her new home... and her new life...

Monday, Spring 1st, Year 1

Tayor looked down at this place called `Forget-Me-Not Valley'. She was still up at the top of the hill from the valley. "This is it!" she thought to herself. She took a few more steps. Soon she was standing at the bottom of the hill. She was still looking at this place. After a few minutes she took another step and another. She walked until she saw the beach. She saw her house on the far right corner. She ran over, took out the key and opened the door. Taylor flicked on the light. The house was bare and small. "It doesn't matter if it's small, it's just me living here." she said to herself. She made her way around the house. It had a one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. After making her way around she remembered something. "I don't have any furniture. But I can go shopping tomorrow." she said to herself.

In AWL SE, there aren't any days of the week. Plus, if Lynette wants to, can we limit seasons to 10 days, like in the game? And have 4 heart points for our love interests?

I AM having fun. I'm figuring out the calendar and heart point totals. It's all part of the RPing process.

Yes and yes. But remember, you still have to wait two seasons to get married after starting a relationship, so you have 2 seasons to get up love points. That's only 20 days, though.

Yay! Then I will be married in no time at all. Well, I don't have time to post right now... dang, I've got to get going soon... well, I'll come back soon!
