so i know that tartan is a plant thing,but when ever i go in to takakura's house,there isn't a little movie thing showing me tartan. does anyone know why or at least have an idea?please help me!

That's not true.
I got tartan in Chapter 4.
You need to give Takukura (sp?) some cooked food and then one day after he's your friend go into his house at night and he'll have Tartan.
