First things first; time. I haven't had much on lately, which probably is what leads to me being on the net for 10 hours+ a day! Neo is the first thing I check when I come online, to see if there are any new stars, to see if someone needs urgent help, or basically if anyone wants a chat about the game. I don't use many other forums, even on Neo I limit myself to posting in the Role Playing forum and this one. I can guarantee I can get online for at least 2 hours a day, apart from 2 weeks in the end of July when I go on holiday. All my main exams and things are either over, or not on until the next FM is out.

Secondly; experience. I can't say I've had much experience of moderating such a big forum as this one, because I haven't. I've had a few stints on small forums, which went extinct after a week. However, I've been on internet forums for a while, roughly 6 years, and I know (mostly) all there is to know.

What I'll bring to the forum; There is a lot of people complaining about how the forum is run at the moment, but I see little wrong. Certainly I will take into account what people say and request, but for the time being there is much to change. A big problem on the forum is repetitive threads, people finding the same 'great' players over and over again, and asking the same questions. I can't find a guide which answers all these questions (apart from the manual but some people don't read it) which might be there, but either isn't used or is on page 89. I'd be happy to write a simple guide to explain the basics, answering all the questions we get week in, week out. People can reply with suggestions, and more questions they need help with, which will limit them to just one thread rather then hundreds!

Finally, I don't take shit from anyone. People flame and spam all the time, most of which is dealt with, however two people (even 10) can't deal with all of this, but I'm not human, if people report these threads or tell me about them over msn or pm, I'll have them dealt with. I know mods have requested this happen on many forums around neo, but I'll make sure people know what to do when they see something like this, or when they break the rules themselves!

I just want to make the forum a better place for everybody, for people to discuss the game and come and relax with the community!
