Filterkeys plus Elder Scrolls Oblivion PC |
|
Alright guys and gals, this is REALLY getting on my nerves, so much infact I am ready to snap my disc in half. Okay, I have shift as the cast spell button, and I use alot of magic during battles and such, and if I repeat the key too much, or hold it for too long, filterkeys pops up. Here's the kicker, if I turn off filterkeys, going ctrl+alt+delete doesn't work, tab doesn't work, ctrl doesn't work, alt doesn't work, etc etc etc.. am I doing something wrong here? Is there any way to permamnently get rid of filterkeys? Please help, I am so desperate right now haha... Oh also, I would change the key for casting spells, but the shift key is really in the closest place to the arrow keys, and I have the arrow keys as the move keys because a bunch of letters as controls confuses the heck outta me.

I can't remember how to switch it off but best way is to change the key for cast to something else such as the right CTRL or one of the numpad keys. ------------------- ![]() ![]()

Microsoft's filter keys can be quite annoying, if I remember correctly you can disable it under accessibility settings but it's been such a long time since I have seen it. I think Microsoft realised that the settings were actually getting in the way of alot of common user so they tied em down a bit in Vista and a little in Windows XP too... could be wrong tho. ------------------- Signature's FTL!... err... wait... ooohhh... too late -.-.
