In skingard really early in the game glarthir approaches you and asks if three people are watching him then asks you to kill them. How can i kill them without the guards using their psychic powers and know i did it everytime even when they dont see it?

Get them in public, near a bunch of guards. Then use the most powerful Enrage spell you can. They will attack you, and in response, the guards will attack them. Be careful though, as they are also likely to flee when their health is low. I suggest also using a Rally spell in conjunction with Enrage, to ensure that they stay until they are killed. If done correctly, you should recieve no bounty or infamy, since technically you did not initiate the fight.

Do you know which town i can buy an enrage spell at, i cant seem to fidn one.

Imperial City I know has one. Mystic Emporium, I believe, but I could be mistaken. Look in the Market District, and you'll eventually find one. It's not a strong spell, but it does the job find. As for a Rally spell, I'm sure you can find one of those in the Market District too.

You can also make sure to use a strong posion, a strong enchantment on the weapon then make a 1 hit kill, then use an invisible spell, that way the guards never know it

make sure the kill is in their homes when they are sleeping, or when the victims are not detecting you!

i have a better solution

you can just tell glarthir that none of the three people he's suspecting are involved.That way in the end, you can tell the captain of the guard what a cuckoo he is and have permission to kill him

after you kill him you can loot his body, find his house key, go to the basement and read all the paranoic notes he'd written about you and those people

if you've already told him they're involved you have to kil lthem... i've killed the whole guard watch before but your bounty will go up to 7000 or something like that/.

how the hell do i enchant my weapon

and also if you spy for him do you get any good reward?? or gain anything for doing this?

Go to the arcane universaty or get The Wizards tower, they got altars that let you enchant if you bring a filled soul gem

If you tell him none of them are out to get him then he will think you are working with them and try to kill you. From there ether kill him or run away and let a nearby guard do it.
