I am stuck on the "Retaking the Fringe" quest in shivering isles. I shut down the obelisk and escaped Xeddefen, so now it tells me to talk to the captain, but I can't find her in Passwall. My marker is telling me to go back into Xeddefen, but when I go back in, it tells me to go back out. Do you know what is going on and how can I fix it?

If you didn't get any of the straggeler's, She'd probably be going after them, they're everywhere. Try by the garden of flesh and bone and those areas. I'd highly suggest an item or spell for track life. It makes situations like this a whole lot easier.
