I would like to know where everyones favorite place to live is. I would also like to know the best place to buy weapons. And what is everyones favorite Cave. I play an Orc, Battlemage. Very Nice. So please respond, and help me make a decision on where to live. I was thinking Bruma, I like the Mountains and the snow. But lemme know which place has the best Markets, and scenery. Remember I have my own opinion, but I'd like to hear from all of you.

i like the skingrad home you can buy. its rather big and i like decorating it with all my weapons and stuff.
it has a rather big grape farm just outside the town gate so thats good if for mass potion and getting you alchemy skill up.

my favourite cave is rockmilk cave becuase Marauders and Black Bow Bandits are there, and its like gang war or something becuase you go into a room and up to 5-10 people (more in the last room) are killing each other. its fun to just run in there and have a all out brawl with everyone or to stay in the shadows and silently pick the people off one by one with a bow.

My personal favorite town is Chorrol, b/c of the very intelligent layout, the fresh oak where I sat down to make potions back when I was homeless, the welcoming statue which resembles the Pieta' and the inhabitants. Further, as an Orc you will for sure play the Fighters Guild (if not have already done so), so you will spend a lot of time there. Also, Arborwatch is not a bad house, maybe a bit expensive compared to Skingrad's.

As for homes, the best one in the base game is for sure Rosethorn in Skingrad. Is the biggest and the only one with display cases. Downside is that I do not like the town so much: narrow streets, only stone buildings and Glarthir's body which stays near the church forever

As for markets, do not bother to decide b/c of them: after lvl 20 they will not have anything of interest to you, since you will find the best weapons and armor pieces (elven, glass, ebony and daedric) only by exploring and looting. Each vendor has only one unique item, and as soon as you buy it (if it interests you, of course), you will enter just to sell loot.

Well I don't like the idea of a Vampire being the Count of my town, so Skingrad may not be acceptable lol. I prefer a Katana. And you can make pretty sweet weapons with the Sigil Stones! and or Armor. I was wonderingis it awkward for a level 3 character to beat the game? I even have the difficulty turned up just a hair 0.o...Thanks for all the feedback, it's nice to learn what other players think. I wish it was an Online game as well....
