	i have the redwave which is enhanted but it says the power wont work cuz i neeed to charge it. how do i charge it?

	With soul gems that have a soul. Selecting them in your inventory opens the charging menu. Or by paying someone in a Mages Guild, there should be someone in each Guid Hall who will recharge your item.
