i have been playing for about 40 hours now. I decided to Save in the Arcane University Room where you can enchant items and now every time i try to load it loads up but the screen doesnt change from loading screen except it flashes light and dark. ive read around and seen many issues similar but not the same. I run it with oldblivion and obmm my game version is 1.0.228. Any help would be appreciated

I think the save file you mentioned is corrupt, which means it can't load properly.

Is the picture of the save file any different? On mine the picture is either dotted with squares that block the picture or part of the top is pasted onto the bottom.

Definitely sounds like a corrupted save file. I have gotten them from time to time myself.

Load an earlier save file and then do a Quick Save where you want to save the game. From there on out, you should be OK.

Yeah, I just look back at my saves and keep saving until I get a non-corrupt one. Then I delete all the corrupts.

Thats what you get for downloading countless dodgy mods...
