I have just stolen some good and have got about 5 guards chasing me. Everytime i load up my game i die... how do i stop the guards from chasing me... its so annoying

If you resisted arrest, you're pretty much going to die. You can either pay the gold for the bounty or go to jail and serve the time

Sounds like you saved your game after you resisted arrest, so when you load the guards are automatically coming after you. Try loading a game further back in your progress.

oh ok thanks... it auto saved it after i resisted arrest so im gna have to about another 30 mins of work to get back to where i was

How come it doesnt always come the option to pay gold?
Say if u have Bounty 50, do you pay 50 gold?
I got really good equipment after killing a guard. Bad mistake though, had about 1100 gold. Bounty was 1040. I tried different cities, cuz i didnt want that my different skills got decreased and on 1 city i could pay gold isntead of choosing between resist or go to prison.

Would be pleased if some1 could answer the questions U dont have to if u dont want. Just wondering but its not neccesary for me to know.

the only reason it wouldn't offer you the option to Pay Gold is if you don't have the gold to pay it. It's happened to me more than once.

If youin the thieves guild talk to a doyen or a fence andthey can get rid of your bounty and you wont lose any stolen gear

You can also yield to the guards I believe. Worked once for me.

To yield you just hold block and then use the action key to "talk" to them. If they like you enough they'll accept your yield and you get the option again to go to jail, pay fine, etc.
