After completing the first fighter's guild quest to help the lady with the rats, I recieved an extra point or two to acrobatics from the argonian. The only problem is, now my skill in acrobatics will no longer rise. I've tried monitering it and jumping for 10 minutes straight and no movement on the bar at all.

Then I tried the arena quest for the Gray Prince.The same happened when I completed the quest. My blade and athletics skill no longer increase . Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try going to sleep. I think you have to go to sleep and level up that way before it will let you continue learning a skill.

No no...I know how to level..I'm level 14 >_>. I have 0 exp into my level anyway. Those skills just do not raise anymore and I have no idea what the problem is.

Smells like an issue for a soon to be released patch to me..

Yeah I have the same problem with mercantile. Its stuck at 20 and wont move no matter how much stuff i buy and sell.

You are using the haggle option when you buy and sell right? If you don't haggle your mercantile will never improve.

Thats not quite right. You dont need to haggle to raise your mercantile, it just takes much longer time. I've played 20 hours, never haggled and my mercantile has risen quite som points nevertheless.
