i just finished the fingers of the mountain quest, gave it to the mages guild, then stole it back and gave it to the woman. Apparently she game me a translation to read and collect a spell from cloud top. When i got up there i couldn't find anything and couldn't find anything to read off her. have i missed something really obvious here? please help me, i heard it's one of the best spells!!

There should be a letter in your inventory. Look at all your scrolls for the ones not marked with the magic blue circle.

I cant shock the stone

You need to find a focus stone in a ruin for it to work

i don't know what you mean you can't shock the stone. you can..... but to create the spell, you have to have a welkynd stone in your inventory before you shock the stone. it's not really worth itt hought. the spell sucks

i think it should be more than one finger of the mountain spell becuse i tryed cheat code on the pc that gived me all the spell an it was 4 or 5 finger of the mountain

And on topic, that's because the spell is levelled when you get it. It has different properties depending on when you claim it as the quest reward. So the different versions you are seeing are what you get at the varying levels.
