I have a problem with the game. I downloaded it and now when I try to play the game it doesn't work. It gives me this windows error.

please does any1 else has this problem and how can I fix it?

Oblivion has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

And then gives me choices to either send an error report or don't send an error report.
Nothing has helped so far. I have reinstalled the game many times. I just don't know what to do.

i cracked it. i downloaded the game from torrent

Try actually buying the game, that usually works much better then a cracked version for torrent. And it gives you that warm fuzzy feeling inside

Yeah this is one of the few games thats worth slapping 60 bucks down and buying. Just go for it and in the future we'll be seeing even better from Bethesda. I admit to being a little torrent happy but this games worth the money.

Tisk tisk. Oringal games are far better then downloading. Also you are rewarding the team who slaved over this game for years! By downloading Oblivion you are spitting in there face and stealing the bread off there table.

Dont use torrent ALL the time,i used it for sonic riders and it my charectar kept looking lke lego being burned in a fireplace

ok true, it's better to have the original game.
but that problem has nothing to do with it !
check the game support page, it has only one crash solution, that even though it might not be described exactly like yours - it's still solves the problem (it did for me ! )
