Er, from a list I got off the web, the Human heart below is correct, from the ones I threw away. Never found the skin yet (typo:- it's skin not flesh listed), I'm guessing it'll be somewhere near necromancers, vampires, or in Oblivion.

Human heart --- restore health, shock shield, damage magicka, silence. (1,2,3,4)

Human skin ---- damage magica, resist shock, reflect damage, damage health.

Human skin with the other two "reflect damage" ingredients, should make the 1360 gold potion that I found .... I'm hoping.

I believe that I found my 1st human heart in Fort Farragut where you meet Lucien Lachance from the dark brotherhood. I found it before I joined the dark brotherhood though. The other 2 were in a necromancer ruin sitting on an altar next to each other, but I don't know which ruin. When I get home, I'll go back through my save games and see if I can find out which one.

Sorry I still can't remember the name. But I guess they aren't really all that rare after all. You just can't find them in Cyrodiil. I found them today in Paradise.

Found my two hearts in a fort, it may have been between Chorrol and Skingrad, can't remember the name either. I know it was a big game map which had another exit out of a tree trunk .... as far as I can remember. I'll maybe check sometime.

If someone comes up with a really interesting use for them, I can always pick up the ones I dumped.

There is a vampire somewhere (I don't remember where) that after you kill him you don't get vampire dust. Instead you get something like "hildath's ashes". Not at home so I not sure of the exact name.

that is the all powerfull vampire you need for the cure. Sure there are one-of-a-kind ingredients, but 99.999% of the time they have a purpose somewhere else other than in a potion.

There is human skin in the layawain (sp) mages guild on the third floor and in a little nook on some shelves to the left.

Heh, yeah, I wanted his treasure, but I was afraid that if I didn't kill him, that I'd get something bad (the Dark Brotherhood always knows what you do).

Let's not forget that one-of-a-kind S'Jirra's Famous Potato Bread. Cost me an arm and a leg trying to get it (literally).

There's also Ironwood nuts got from a quest outside Leyawiin.
