Ironwood nuts are moderately rare, as I haven't seen a place where you can harvest them yourself. However, I did find a remote vendor out in the boonies who sells and restocks them, but only a couple or so at a time. They also appear commonly in plates and baskets in mage guild halls, usually in their basements if they have them.
