What is your disposition maxed out to? Probably needs to be 70+. Maybe your personality needs to be higher. Try to fortify your personality with spells or potions before trying to make friends with the beggar and Captain Burd. Also make sure your fame is hire than your infamy (people don't like it when you are infamous). | |

I am not infamous and have a great personality (lol), also went to the stones and waited from 5 to 10 pm and no one showed up. It is very weird and frustrating!!! But thank you all for your help | |
