	i found a elven shield on a mages guild quest and i was wondering where i could find elven armor and wepons?

	You find it randomly amongst loots in caves. There's no one actual place to get it, you just gotta find it off a Bandit. -------------------

	You have to be a certain level aswell, i'm not sure but I think its level 7-9 is when you find it.
