re: couple questions

The manor is the most North East building in Anvil, try sleeping in the beds upstairs

You can buy weapons and armour from shops in any town, in Anvil, seeing as it sounds like your there at the moment go to Morvayn's Peacemakers west of the statue in the centre of town.

re: couple questions

As far as the manor you purchased, just search the city for a run-down looking but rather large house. Its called Benrius Manor and there is a quest associated with it. Just sleep in the bed once to get it started.

There are shops in every town. Try the Imperial City Market District and check out some of the shops there. My first shop visits in a new game are usually Stonewall Shields, A Fighting Chance, and the Copious Coinpurse, all within 50 or 60 feet of eachother. You should be able to purchase almost any mid-low level equipment you may need early on in the game (as well as sell whatever junk you find). You will almost always find better equipment on the corpses of bandits and other humanoid enemies tho so the shops are really only useful at low level.

re: couple questions

No, as you level up the shops inventory gets better, Bandits and Marauders are the best place to findnew armours because they always wear the best available armour for your level, raising to level 20 gets you access to the best (daedric and glass)

re: couple questions

shops like delay 5 levels, so if you can see ebony on lvl 19 on marauders, then shops will get it 5 levels later or so

re: couple questions

It depends on what level your on. I've found when you get to the lvl where you can buy the armor in the shops you can only buy certain pices e.g cuirass or greaves. But later on you'll be able to buy the full set. Anyway it's easier and cheaper to kill bandits and maurders and take there armor. Note it's a good idea to carry a ring of feather if you don't have a high strength
