I'm new to this game and still learning A LOT about it.

1.)When you find your sister does she give you anything? It seemed like it to be me...But I have no idea.

2.)And is the best way to marry someone to be good? I would still like to be evil.....I heard there was a town that was totally cool with it. Any tips on getting a women to marry me? Or man?

3.)Also why does my skin look green or lizard like? Glitch?

Thats all I can think of...Any tips that would help with the gameplay as well would be great!

1. Yes, she gives you 10K experience points.

2. Being good helps, but you can still do it evil if you meet the other requirements:
- High renown - the more famous you are, the more people will respect you and therefore the more people who will have the hots for you. Note that getting married gives you 1000 points of renown each time, and getting married 26 times (or less, depending on where you are in the game) will make you Legendary.
- High attractiveness and low scariness, using a good combination of clothes, tattoos, and haircuts. Note: the bright Will outfit is the most attractive suit in the game.
- Use your renown expressions. Even sneer and bloodlust roar. Vary the pattern of usage - use too much of the same one in a row, and you may start losing your target.
- Give gifts. I've found that, while they help, they aren't that necessary, but they do help. As with the renown expressions, don't give the same gift over and over again.

3. Definitely a glitch.
