If the bandits in Twinblade's Camp like you well enough, you can get them to follow you just like you would any villagers. Then you can take them raiding - go into a village, and they'll just start slaughtering.

This won't work in Bowerstone, as they disappear when you go through the gates.

sorry to correct u but u have to start attacking towns people for them to start attacking, and btw once u beat twinblade they will follow you, they dont have to liek u

For the most part, I only report on my own gameplay experiences. The few times I've taken bandits raiding, I haven't had to kill anyone before they started to. I kill Twinblade every time, and if I've killed too many rounds of bandits in Twinblade's Camp outside of the main quest, I can't get them to follow me.

They just have to be scared of you or you have high renown.

I took 4 bandits into Oakvale. They didn't attack until i told them to stop following.

I had too kill them all because they became hostile towards me.
