How do you have sex on the game

First you get married. Then you catch your wife while she's in your house, near the bed - or you can lead her there (except for Lady Grey, who cannot be led anywhere) - and use your renown expressions (yes, bloodlust roar and sneer work, too) while wearing attractive clothing. I haven't found giving gifts to be necessary, though they certainly help.

When you've done enough, she'll get outlined in green. Talk to her and a message will come up asking if you want to go to bed with her. Click yes.

honestly it was unessary to put it in the game but i guess in a way people get thrills.

oh, come on! video games in general are unnecessary. that doesn't stop anyone from playing. and by having sex, you make your wife (or 'life partner') happy (hopefully). then you get better stuff from them.
