If a forum is sustaining a reasonable amount of activity to warrant a moderator (usually upwards of 25 PPD, however this rule of thumb fluctuates depending on the source of discussion in the forum), the Supermoderator team will discuss amongst themselves possible candidates for that forum. The candidates are active members who help and positively contribute to the flow of discussion and order in the forum, and overall site itself.
