Think of this realistically. If Osama Bin Laden or someone all the sudden became mayor or a town because the other caidates died. Everyone would know that he killed them. So if you are really nice to people in a town for a long time eventually if the mayor died they might elect you or something. An example: If you bought insurance for you bar. Then burned it down after you got the insurance recently they would file you for insurance fraud. If you waited 20 years then made it look like an accident they would more likely give you your money. So you have to lie to the people for a while I would think before they would consider making you the town mayor or leader.

I will wanna be a good guy and all, hopefully become the leader of a town, then when they praise me completely, turn the town into a dark place. Then they will all be like no no no! Don't kill us~

Yes this will be interesting if you could take control of a town. I wonder If you could buy the whole town then just make peopel pay rent on their houses.

That would be a plausible way actually. But you would have to figure out how to become the Mayor of the town to do so in the first place. Which the only way that they talked about so far is that you marry the mayors daughter, kill the mayor so she inherits everything...then kill her. But I'm more than sure there are other ways of doing it.

Well if I can't control a twon I will kill everyone in it. it says you can't use weapons around kids and how the Tester killed the mayor was that you can only town kill while the children are asleep. So You colud kill everyone in the castle go to homes slay people then just to make sure there no survivors I burn the townI come back the next day find the children all alone, and make sure they don't eat. thats how you kill everyone

I dunno if it is possible to starve everyone in town. I know you can affect trade by stealing and destroying caravans but I still think a town can grow it's own food. Unless you can burn fields down.

What makes you think you can even kill adults? Some towns that you go in, you can't even take out your weapon.

Not cool, there goes my fantasy. My friend is working on being the person in the World of Morrowind currently. I've been trying to convert him to Fable. This might damage his interest.

Yes, I know, but I don't think you'd be able to kill everyone in the village anyways. Either the authorities would stop you or they would rebel against you.

I read some where that there is only a couple of towns that won't allow weapons but you should be able to kill adults because that would take away all the bad things that you can do,
and does anyone know for a fact that you can only kill adults when there are no kids around because there is pictures of adults been killed and you should be able to use weapons around kids because you can lure bad guys into towns and kill them in front of every body and all the kids see it so then they can look up to you

So if you can't use a weapon near a kid, this game is just getting worse and worse with all the stuff that they are taking out of it.

They only said that they wanted to keep weapons away from children, it never said you couldnt kill them, remember, fists are weapons also...
