What are you doing to the stones in the first place. To spell the word which you already know so don't need that, but go to the stones and click and see what letter they are then after you see the letter hit it and you should hear a sound or something.

I forgot exactly what it was, but do this in the order of the name and I think it puts you in front of the door and he says something and it opens for you. Just go in and talk to him.

That's exactly what I did at first to and I went to talk to the door again and then I just hit the first one and it said H or something like that. If I didn't do that I probably wouldn't have known what you were doing.
