I like them both for different reasons. It's not fair to compare the two.I think KOTOR has more in common than Morrowind(my favorite game BTW)If i had to pick, though,Morrowind for it's more RPG quality & replay value(mods)even without mods there is a whole lot more to do in Morrowind.Fables more action adventure, with RPG undertones/elements.I really like Fable though,it's a "fun" game(aimed a little low on the age scale in some aspects)but with enough adault theme/humur to to make it fub for the older crowd.

as stated... this isn't really a fair question... fable isn't quite what we thought it was going to be... if it was, this would be a fine question... but i thought it was going to be more in depth than morrowind... it isn't... it's a fun game... but it didn't live up to my expectations... i beat it in 12 and a half hours... including 6 optional quests... morrowind, i haven't beaten the right way yet... some of those characters, i've played for atleast 100 hours...

I still prefer Fable. KOTOR is in the Future, Fable and Morrowind are more in the Dark Ages. But Fable is done better IMO. ------------------- ![]() I'm Still Right Here, Giving Blood, Keeping Faith

Morrowind, Morrowind, Morrowind. Fable is a fun game, but it doesn't come lose to living up to the hype it generated. Not just by the fans but by the game producers and media as well. If i had to do it all over, i would have just rented Fable.

I would have to go with morrowind. It was much more challenging to develope a powerful hero, thus much more rewarding IMO. compare hours of gameplay. 200 hours on morrowind(including expansion packs) fable has about 25 if you do everything possible. which reminds me. replay value of fable is crap. I gained enough exp with my first character to make him the best fighter possible, best archer possible, and the best wizard possible in one go. thus limiting replay to trying a diff alignment. although combat controls are perfect, and fighting in fabel is extremly fun, there needs to be somthing to give you a reason to fight for longer than 20 hours. As far as replay value, KOTOR is king by a LONG shot. (morrowind isn't really replayed, it is just really long) I think why KOTOR's replay value is so good, is that you are limited on how much you can increase your characters abilities.,, you will play to be a great lightsabre fighter, then a force user,,then try different forces,, different feats, different alignments, different weapons(one sabre, 2 sabres, dual sabre,)you can't do all this in one or 2 plays through KOTOR... sadly with fable. there isn't much reason to try to create an archer because my huge hulking axewielder might as well be legolas with his archery skills. this shouldn't be allowed, that is what kills fables replayability IMO. rankings as RPG's Kotor then morrowind then Fable
