im am one of the pickiest people when it comes to buying games... i own:

that's it. everything else gets rented, beaten, returned. i currently am renting Fable. I will be buying it tomorrow. so for me, it's worth it.

I agree, it's worth buying. I'm currently on my 5th game... This is the first game I've bought that I've played through more than twice and am still finding out new things and testing different ways of playing, This time round I'm using a lot of magic.

I'd guess the average time to finish the game is around 13 hours so a lot of people think it is a short game. Personaly though I think the game is worth buying.

it only takes about 10-14 hours to beat, but it is well worth it.. a very fun game, awesome combat, and replay value, for me, is high.

Buy It. I'm taking my time and doing as much as i can, and leveling a lot, and buying up all the weapons and stuff and i'm on 30 hours now. Screw those people whi are running through the game and doing it in 10 hours... they ain't experiencing it completely anyway. RPGs aren't about being the fastest its about taking on another Role and experiencing a new world.

You should buy it, but dont just rush through the main quest try to do everything possible or you probably wont like it.

Buy, definetily the graphics and the action are worth the price of entrance alone. Add that to the fact you can have several saves with totally different characters in each and this one is a winner.

Even if you finish the complete game theres tons of secrets and stuff (like trading, marrying, renting, etc) to try. even completing the normal quests using boasts adds a lot of replay value (and challenge).

Besides keep your eyes very peeled since expansion packs are being developed and will be coming our way in a while.

if you wanna enjoy the game to the fullest extent this game is NOT short in any way shape or form, i must have spent about 4 and a half hours between quests 6 and 7 just exploring and leveling up

It's extremely fun. Perhaps one of the greatest games out there right now. But, in my opinion, I feel that it isn't as good as Morrowind... as they said it would be. There isn't enough freedom in the game. But it is definitely worth buying. It will be a good break from Morrowind.

if you are looking for an interesting action game with an rpg costume, go for it, well it is worth having for everyone i think. very fun. however, don't buy into these people who think that this game is anywhere close to long. These people have serious denial issues. bottom line man, there isn't jack to do after you finish all the missions, you will be invinsible, have all the good items, and gold is useless,(nothing worth buying. it is a wild and crazy ride while it lasts, but the voices get old(crank yankers "YAAYYYYY") and there isn't musch inscentive to play more than 2-3 times. you should get it for sure, but keep in mind, you won't get more than 50 hours total from this game(very sweeet 50 however), until you play it again in a few years when a patch or 1.5 comes out.
